มาตรา 283 ทวิ ผู้ใดพาบุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปีแต่ยังไม่เกินสิบแปดปีไปเพื่อการอนาจาร แม้ผู้นั้นจะยินยอมก็ตาม ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคแรกเป็นการกระทำแก่เด็กอายุยังไม่เกินสิบห้าปี ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดซ่อนเร้นบุคคลซึ่งถูกพาไปตามวรรคแรกหรือวรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษตามที่บัญญัติในวรรคแรกหรือวรรคสอง แล้วแต่กรณี
ความผิดตามวรรคแรกและวรรคสามเฉพาะกรณีที่กระทำแก่บุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปี เป็นความผิดอันยอมความได้
Section 283-thawi Whoever takes away a person over fifteen but not over eighteen years of age for an indecent purpose, even with that person's consent, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
If the offence is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
Whoever conceals a person taken away under paragraph one or two shall be liable to the punishment provided in that paragraph, as the case may be.
The offences under paragraphs one and three, only where committed against a person over fifteen years of age, are compoundable offences.
