มาตรา 284 ผู้ใดพาผู้อื่นไปเพื่อการอนาจาร โดยใช้อุบายหลอกลวงขู่เข็ญ ใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ใช้อำนาจครอบงำผิดคลองธรรม หรือใช้วิธีข่มขืนใจด้วยประการอื่นใด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
ผู้ใดซ่อนเร้นบุคคลซึ่งถูกพาไปตามวรรคแรก ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับผู้พาไปนั้น
ความผิดตามมาตรานี้ เป็นความผิดอันยอมความได้
Section 284 Whoever takes away another person for an indecent purpose, by deceitful trickery, threat, use of force, undue moral influence, or any other means of coercion, shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years and a fine of twenty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
Whoever conceals a person taken away under paragraph one shall be liable to the same punishment as the taker.
The offence under this Section is a compoundable offence.
