กระทำโดยประมาทเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นถึงแก่ความตาย โทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 10 ปี และปรับไม่เกิน 200,000 บาทWhoever, by an act of negligence, causes the death of another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand baht.

มาตรา 291 ผู้ใดกระทำโดยประมาท และการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นถึงแก่ความตาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี และปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท

Section 291 Whoever, by an act of negligence, causes the death of another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand baht.
