มาตรา 294 ผู้ใดเข้าร่วมในการชุลมุนต่อสู้ระหว่างบุคคลตั้งแต่สามคนขึ้นไป และบุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใดไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ที่เข้าร่วมในการนั้นหรือไม่ ถึงแก่ความตายโดยการกระทำในการชุลมุนต่อสู้นั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ถ้าผู้ที่เข้าร่วมในการชุลมุนต่อสู้นั้นแสดงได้ว่า ได้กระทำไปเพื่อห้ามการชุลมุนต่อสู้นั้น หรือเพื่อป้องกันโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ผู้นั้นไม่ต้องรับโทษ
Section 294 Whoever takes part in an affray among three or more persons, and a person, whether or not taking part in the affray, dies as a result of an act in that affray, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
If a person taking part in the affray shows that he acted to stop the affray, or in lawful defence, that person shall not be punished.
