มาตรา 301 หญิงใดทำให้ตนเองแท้งลูกหรือยอมให้ผู้อื่นทำให้ตนแท้งลูกขณะมีอายุครรภ์เกินสิบสองสัปดาห์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 301 Any woman who causes her own abortion, or consents to another causing her abortion, while the gestational age exceeds twelve weeks, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
