มาตรา 31 ในกรณีที่ศาลจะพิพากษาให้ปรับผู้กระทำความผิดหลายคน ในความผิดอันเดียวกัน ในกรณีเดียวกัน ให้ศาลลงโทษปรับเรียงตามรายตัวบุคคล

Section 31 Where the court is to fine several offenders for the same offence in the same case, the court shall impose the fine on each person individually.
