มาตรา 32 ทรัพย์สินใดที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้ว่า ผู้ใดทำหรือมีไว้เป็นความผิด ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่าเป็นของผู้กระทำความผิด และมีผู้ถูกลงโทษตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่
Section 32 Any property that the law provides it to be an offence to make or possess shall be wholly forfeited, whether or not it belongs to the offender and whether or not anyone has been punished by the judgment.
