มาตรา 310 ทวิ ผู้ใดหน่วงเหนี่ยวหรือกักขังผู้อื่น หรือกระทำด้วยประการใดให้ผู้อื่นปราศจากเสรีภาพในร่างกาย และให้ผู้อื่นนั้นกระทำการใดให้แก่ผู้กระทำหรือบุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท

Section 310-thawi Whoever detains or confines another, or by any means deprives another of liberty of body, and makes that other do any act for the offender or another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht.
