มาตรา 312 ผู้ใดเพื่อจะเอาคนลงเป็นทาส หรือให้มีฐานะคล้ายทาส นำเข้าในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร พามาจากที่ใด ซื้อ ขาย จำหน่าย รับหรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวซึ่งบุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
Section 312 Whoever, in order to make a person a slave or to give him a status similar to a slave, imports into or exports out of the Kingdom, brings from any place, buys, sells, disposes of, receives, or detains any person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht.
