มาตรา 322 ผู้ใดเปิดผนึกหรือเอาจดหมาย โทรเลข หรือเอกสารใด ๆ ซึ่งปิดผนึกของผู้อื่นไป เพื่อล่วงรู้ข้อความก็ดี เพื่อนำข้อความในจดหมายโทรเลขหรือเอกสารเช่นว่านั้นออกเปิดเผยก็ดี ถ้าการกระทำนั้นน่าจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 322 Whoever opens a sealed letter, telegram, or any sealed document of another, or takes such a thing away, in order to learn its contents or to disclose the contents of such letter, telegram, or document, if the act is likely to cause harm to any person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
