มาตรา 35 ทรัพย์สินซึ่งศาลพิพากษาให้ริบให้ตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน แต่ศาลจะพิพากษาให้ทำให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นใช้ไม่ได้หรือทำลายทรัพย์สินนั้นเสียก็ได้
