มาตรา 354 ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 352 หรือมาตรา 353 ได้กระทำในฐานที่ผู้กระทำความผิดเป็นผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้อื่นตามคำสั่งของศาล หรือตามพินัยกรรม หรือในฐานเป็นผู้มีอาชีพหรือธุรกิจ อันย่อมเป็นที่ไว้วางใจของประชาชน ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 354 If an offence under Section 352 or Section 353 is committed in the capacity of a manager of another person's property by order of a court or under a will, or in the capacity of a person carrying on a profession or business in which the public places trust, the offender shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
