มาตรา 367 ผู้ใดเมื่อเจ้าพนักงานถามชื่อหรือที่อยู่ เพื่อปฏิบัติการตามกฎหมายไม่ยอมบอก หรือแกล้งบอกชื่อหรือที่อยู่อันเป็นเท็จ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท
Section 367 Whoever, when an official asks his name or address in order to act under the law, refuses to give it, or deliberately gives a false name or address, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand baht.
