มาตรา 366/4 ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ อันเป็นการดูหมิ่นเหยียดหยามศพ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 366-4 Whoever does any act that insults or derides a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three months, or a fine not exceeding five thousand baht, or both.
