มาตรา 366/3 ผู้ใดโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ทำให้เสียหาย เคลื่อนย้าย ทำลาย ทำให้เสื่อมค่าหรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งศพ ส่วนของศพ อัฐิ หรือเถ้าของศพ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 366-3 Whoever, without reasonable cause, damages, removes, destroys, devalues, or renders useless a corpse, a part of a corpse, bones, or ashes of a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
