มาตรา 374 ผู้ใดเห็นผู้อื่นตกอยู่ในภยันตรายแห่งชีวิตซึ่งตนอาจช่วยได้โดยไม่ควรกลัวอันตรายแก่ตนเองหรือผู้อื่นแต่ไม่ช่วยตามความจำเป็น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 374 Whoever sees another in danger to life that he could help without proper fear of danger to himself or others, but fails to give the necessary help, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
