มาตรา 375 ผู้ใดทำให้รางระบายน้ำ ร่องน้ำหรือท่อระบายของโสโครก อันเป็นสิ่งสาธารณะเกิดขัดข้องหรือไม่สะดวก ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 375 Whoever causes a public drain, ditch, or sewer to become obstructed or impeded shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
