มาตรา 376 ผู้ใดยิงปืนซึ่งใช้ดินระเบิดโดยใช่เหตุ ในเมือง หมู่บ้านหรือที่ชุมนุมชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบวัน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 376 Whoever fires a gun using gunpowder without cause in a town, village, or place of assembly shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten days, or a fine not exceeding five thousand baht, or both.
