มาตรา 383 ผู้ใดเมื่อเกิดเพลิงไหม้หรือสาธารณภัยอื่น และเจ้าพนักงานเรียกให้ช่วยระงับ ถ้าผู้นั้นสามารถช่วยได้แต่ไม่ช่วย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 383 Whoever, when a fire or other public disaster occurs and an official calls on him to help quell it, can help but does not, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
