มาตรา 384 ผู้ใดแกล้งบอกเล่าความเท็จให้เลื่องลือจนเป็นเหตุให้ประชาชนตื่นตกใจ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 384 Whoever deliberately spreads a false rumour so as to alarm the public shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
