มาตรา 385 ผู้ใดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายกีดขวางทางสาธารณะ จนอาจเป็นอุปสรรคต่อความปลอดภัยหรือความสะดวกในการจราจร โดยวาง หรือทอดทิ้งสิ่งของ หรือโดยกระทำด้วยประการอื่นใด ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นการกระทำโดยไม่จำเป็น ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Section 385 Whoever, without lawful permission, obstructs a public way so as to endanger or impede the safety or convenience of traffic, by placing or leaving objects or by any other means, if the act is unnecessary, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
