มาตรา 386 ผู้ใดขุดหลุมหรือราง หรือปลูกปักหรือวางสิ่งของเกะกะไว้ในทางสาธารณะ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือทำได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย แต่ละเลยไม่แสดงสัญญาณตามสมควร เพื่อป้องกันอุปัทวเหตุ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 386 Whoever digs a hole or trench, or plants, sets up, or places obstructive objects in a public way without lawful permission, or, though lawfully permitted, neglects to display proper signals to prevent accidents, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
