มาตรา 387 ผู้ใดแขวน ติดตั้งหรือวางสิ่งใดไว้โดยประการที่น่าจะตกหรือพังลง ซึ่งจะเป็นเหตุอันตราย เปรอะเปื้อนหรือเดือดร้อนแก่ผู้สัญจรในทางสาธารณะ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 387 Whoever hangs, fixes, or places anything in a manner likely to fall or collapse so as to endanger, soil, or trouble passers-by in a public way shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
