กระทำการอันควรขายหน้าต่อหน้าธารกำนัลโดยเปลือยหรือเปิดเผยร่างกาย หรือกระทำการลามกอย่างอื่น ระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน 5,000 บาทWhoever does a shameful act in public by being naked or exposing his body, or commits any other obscene act, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.

มาตรา 388 ผู้ใดกระทำการอันควรขายหน้าต่อหน้าธารกำนัล โดยเปลือยหรือเปิดเผยร่างกาย หรือกระทำการลามกอย่างอื่น ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 388 Whoever does a shameful act in public by being naked or exposing his body, or commits any other obscene act, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
