มาตรา 394 ผู้ใดไล่ ต้อน หรือทำให้สัตว์ใด ๆ เข้าในสวน ไร่ หรือนาของผู้อื่นที่ได้แต่งดินไว้ เพาะพันธุ์ไว้ หรือมีพืชพันธุ์หรือผลิตผลอยู่ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 394 Whoever drives, herds, or causes any animal to enter the garden, field, or paddy of another that has been tilled, sown, or holds plants or produce shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
