มาตรา 57 เมื่อความปรากฏแก่ศาลเอง หรือความปรากฏตามคำแถลงของพนักงานอัยการหรือเจ้าพนักงานว่า ผู้กระทำความผิดไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขดังที่ศาลกำหนดตามมาตรา 56 ศาลอาจตักเตือนผู้กระทำความผิด หรือจะกำหนดการลงโทษที่ยังไม่ได้กำหนดหรือลงโทษซึ่งรอไว้นั้นก็ได้

Section 57 When it appears to the court itself, or on the statement of the public prosecutor or an official, that the offender has not complied with the conditions the court fixed under Section 56, the court may warn the offender, or may fix the punishment not yet fixed or impose the punishment that was suspended.
