มาตรา 70 ผู้ใดกระทำตามคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงาน แม้คำสั่งนั้นจะมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ถ้าผู้กระทำมีหน้าที่หรือเชื่อโดยสุจริตว่ามีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม ผู้นั้นไม่ต้องรับโทษ เว้นแต่จะรู้ว่าคำสั่งนั้นเป็นคำสั่งซึ่งมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
Section 70 Whoever commits an act in compliance with the order of an official, even though the order is unlawful, shall not be punished if the doer has a duty, or believes in good faith that there is a duty, to comply with it — unless the doer knows that the order is unlawful.
