มาตรา 75 ผู้ใดอายุกว่าสิบห้าปีแต่ต่ำกว่าสิบแปดปี กระทำการอันกฎหมายบัญญัติเป็นความผิด ให้ศาลพิจารณาถึงความรู้ผิดชอบและสิ่งอื่นทั้งปวงเกี่ยวกับผู้นั้น ในอันที่จะควรวินิจฉัยว่าสมควรพิพากษาลงโทษผู้นั้นหรือไม่ ถ้าศาลเห็นว่าไม่สมควรพิพากษาลงโทษก็ให้จัดการตามมาตรา 74 หรือถ้าศาลเห็นว่าสมควรพิพากษาลงโทษ ก็ให้ลดมาตราส่วนโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดลงกึ่งหนึ่ง
Section 75 Whoever, being over fifteen but under eighteen years of age, commits an act provided by law to be an offence, the court shall consider the person's sense of responsibility and all other matters concerning the person in order to decide whether it is fit to pass judgment imposing punishment. If the court is of the view that it is not fit to impose punishment, it shall proceed under Section 74; or if the court is of the view that it is fit to impose punishment, it shall reduce the scale of punishment provided for the offence by one half.
