มาตรา 94 ความผิดอันได้กระทำโดยประมาท ความผิดลหุโทษ และความผิดซึ่งผู้กระทำได้กระทำในขณะที่มีอายุต่ำกว่าสิบแปดปีนั้น ไม่ว่าจะได้กระทำในครั้งก่อนหรือครั้งหลัง ไม่ถือว่าเป็นความผิดเพื่อการเพิ่มโทษตามความในหมวดนี้

Section 94 An offence committed negligently, a petty offence, and an offence committed by a person while under eighteen years of age — whether committed on the earlier or the later occasion — shall not be treated as an offence for the purpose of increasing punishment under this Chapter.
