ผู้ได้รับมอบหมายจากรัฐบาลให้กระทำกิจการของรัฐกับรัฐบาลต่างประเทศ โดยทุจริตไม่ปฏิบัติตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ระวางโทษจำคุก 1–10 ปีWhoever is entrusted by the government to conduct the State's affairs with a foreign government, and dishonestly fails to act as entrusted, shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years.

มาตรา 126 ผู้ใดได้รับมอบหมายจากรัฐบาลให้กระทำกิจการของรัฐกับรัฐบาลต่างประเทศ ถ้าและโดยทุจริตไม่ปฏิบัติการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี

Section 126 Whoever is entrusted by the government to conduct the State's affairs with a foreign government, and dishonestly fails to act as entrusted, shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years.
