มาตรา 127 ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดเหตุร้ายแก่ประเทศจากภายนอก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี
ถ้าเหตุร้ายเกิดขึ้น ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่สองปีถึงยี่สิบปี
Section 127 Whoever does any act to cause harm to the country from outside shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years.
If the harm occurs, the doer shall be liable to death, imprisonment for life, or imprisonment of two to twenty years.
