มาตรา 131 ผู้ใดทำร้ายร่างกายหรือประทุษร้ายต่อเสรีภาพของผู้แทนรัฐต่างประเทศ ซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำนัก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี

ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน

Section 131 Whoever injures the body or does violence to the liberty of a representative of a foreign State accredited to the Royal Court shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years.

Whoever attempts such an act shall be liable to the same punishment.
