มาตรา 225 ผู้ใดกระทำให้เกิดเพลิงไหม้โดยประมาท และเป็นเหตุให้ทรัพย์ของผู้อื่นเสียหาย หรือการกระทำโดยประมาทนั้นน่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่ชีวิตของบุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 225 Whoever negligently causes a fire resulting in damage to another's property, or where the negligent act is likely to endanger the life of another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
