มาตรา 226 ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ แก่โรงเรือน อู่เรือ ที่จอดรถ หรือเรือสาธารณะ ทุ่นทอดจอดเรือ สิ่งปลูกสร้าง เครื่องจักร เครื่องกล สายไฟฟ้าหรือสิ่งที่ทำไว้เพื่อป้องกันอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์ จนน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 226 Whoever does any act to a building, dockyard, public car or boat park, mooring buoy, structure, machine, mechanism, electrical wire, or thing made to prevent danger to persons or property, to a degree likely to cause danger to another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
