นำเข้าในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งเงินตราปลอมตาม ม.240 หรือเงินตราแปลงตาม ม.241 ต้องระวางโทษตามมาตรานั้น ๆWhoever imports into the Kingdom anything counterfeit under Section 240 or altered under Section 241 shall be liable to the punishment provided in that Section.

มาตรา 243 ผู้ใดนำเข้าในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆ อันเป็นของปลอมตามมาตรา 240 หรือของแปลงตามมาตรา 241 ต้องระวางโทษดังที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ
