มาตรา 244 ผู้ใดมีไว้เพื่อนำออกใช้ซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆ อันตนได้มาโดยรู้ว่าเป็นของปลอมตามมาตรา 240 หรือของแปลงตามมาตรา 241 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบห้าปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสามแสนบาท
Section 244 Whoever has for the purpose of putting into circulation anything he obtained knowing it to be counterfeit under Section 240 or altered under Section 241 shall be liable to imprisonment of one to fifteen years and a fine of twenty thousand to three hundred thousand baht.
