มาตรา 245 ผู้ใดได้มาซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆ โดยไม่รู้ว่าเป็นของปลอมตามมาตรา 240 หรือของแปลงตามมาตรา 241 ถ้าต่อมารู้ว่าเป็นของปลอมหรือของแปลงเช่นว่านั้น ยังขืนนำออกใช้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 245 Whoever obtains anything without knowing it to be counterfeit under Section 240 or altered under Section 241, and, on later learning that it is counterfeit or altered, still persists in putting it into circulation, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years, or a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand baht, or both.
