มาตรา 251 ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งดวงตราหรือรอยตราของทบวงการเมือง ขององค์การสาธารณะ หรือของเจ้าพนักงาน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
Section 251 Whoever counterfeits the seal or seal impression of a government body, a public organization, or an official shall be liable to imprisonment of one to seven years and a fine of twenty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand baht.
