มาตรา 250 ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งดวงตราแผ่นดิน รอยตราแผ่นดิน หรือพระปรมาภิไธย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท
Section 250 Whoever counterfeits the State Seal, the impression of the State Seal, or the Royal Signature shall be liable to imprisonment of five to twenty years and a fine of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand baht.
