ใช้ดวงตรา รอยตรา หรือพระปรมาภิไธยปลอมตาม ม.250/251 ต้องระวางโทษตามมาตรานั้น ๆWhoever uses a counterfeit seal, seal impression, or Royal Signature mentioned in Section 250 or Section 251 shall be liable to the punishment provided in that Section.

มาตรา 252 ผู้ใดใช้ดวงตรา รอยตราหรือพระปรมาภิไธยดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา 250 หรือมาตรา 251 อันเป็นดวงตรา รอยตราหรือพระปรมาภิไธยที่ทำปลอมขึ้น ต้องระวางโทษดังที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ

Section 252 Whoever uses a counterfeit seal, seal impression, or Royal Signature mentioned in Section 250 or Section 251 shall be liable to the punishment provided in that Section.
