มาตรา 253 ผู้ใดได้มาซึ่งดวงตราหรือรอยตราดังกล่าวในมาตรา 250 หรือมาตรา 251 ซึ่งเป็นดวงตราหรือรอยตราอันแท้จริง และใช้ดวงตราหรือรอยตรานั้นโดยมิชอบในประการที่น่าจะทำให้ผู้อื่นหรือประชาชนเสียหาย ต้องระวางโทษสองในสามส่วนของโทษที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 250 หรือมาตรา 251 นั้น

Section 253 Whoever obtains a genuine seal or seal impression mentioned in Section 250 or Section 251 and wrongfully uses it in a manner likely to cause harm to another person or the public shall be liable to two-thirds of the punishment provided in Section 250 or Section 251.
