มาตรา 254 ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งแสตมป์รัฐบาล ซึ่งใช้สำหรับการไปรษณีย์ การภาษีอากรหรือการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม หรือแปลงแสตมป์รัฐบาลซึ่งใช้ในการเช่นว่านั้นให้ผิดไปจากเดิม เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นเชื่อว่ามีมูลค่าสูงกว่าจริง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
Section 254 Whoever counterfeits a government stamp used for postal, tax, or fee-collection purposes, or alters such a government stamp so as to differ from the original in order to make others believe it has a higher value than the truth, shall be liable to imprisonment of one to seven years and a fine of twenty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand baht.
