มาตรา 255 ผู้ใดนำเข้าในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งดวงตราแผ่นดิน รอยตราแผ่นดิน พระปรมาภิไธย ดวงตราหรือรอยตราของทบวงการเมือง ขององค์การสาธารณะ หรือของเจ้าพนักงาน หรือแสตมป์ซึ่งระบุไว้ในมาตรา 250 มาตรา 251 หรือมาตรา 254 อันเป็นของปลอม หรือของแปลง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 255 Whoever imports into the Kingdom a counterfeit or altered State Seal, State Seal impression, Royal Signature, seal or seal impression of a government body, public organization, or official, or a stamp specified in Section 250, 251, or 254 shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years and a fine of twenty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
