มาตรา 257 ผู้ใดใช้ ขาย เสนอขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือเสนอแลกเปลี่ยนซึ่งแสตมป์อันเกิดจากการกระทำดังกล่าวในมาตรา 254 หรือมาตรา 256 ไม่ว่าการกระทำตามมาตรานั้น ๆ จะได้กระทำภายในหรือนอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 257 Whoever uses, sells, offers for sale, exchanges, or offers to exchange a stamp arising from the act under Section 254 or Section 256, whether that act was done within or outside the Kingdom, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
