มาตรา 263 ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 250 มาตรา 251 มาตรา 254 มาตรา 256 มาตรา 258 มาตรา 259 หรือมาตรา 262 ได้กระทำความผิดตามมาตราอื่นที่บัญญัติไว้ในหมวดนี้ อันเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่เกิดจากการกระทำความผิดนั้นด้วย ให้ลงโทษผู้นั้นตามมาตรา 250 มาตรา 251 มาตรา 254 มาตรา 256 มาตรา 258 มาตรา 259 หรือมาตรา 262 แต่กระทงเดียว
Section 263 If an offender under Section 250, 251, 254, 256, 258, 259, or 262 also commits an offence under another Section in this Chapter concerning the thing arising from that offence, he shall be punished under Section 250, 251, 254, 256, 258, 259, or 262 only, as a single count.
