มาตรา 285/2 ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 276 มาตรา 277 มาตรา 277 ทวิ มาตรา 277 ตรี มาตรา 278 หรือมาตรา 279 เป็นการกระทำแก่บุคคลซึ่งไม่สามารถปกป้องตนเองอันเนื่องมาจากเป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพ ผู้มีจิตบกพร่อง โรคจิต หรือจิตฟั่นเฟือน คนป่วยเจ็บ คนชรา สตรีมีครรภ์ หรือผู้ซึ่งอยู่ในภาวะไม่สามารถรู้ผิดชอบ ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ หนึ่งในสาม
Section 285-2 If the offence under Section 276, 277, 277 bis, 277 ter, 278, or 279 is committed against a person unable to protect himself by reason of being disabled, of defective mind, mental disorder or infirmity, sick, aged, pregnant, or in a state unable to know right from wrong, the offender shall be liable to a punishment one-third heavier than that provided in that Section.
