มาตรา 285/1 การกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 277 มาตรา 279 มาตรา 282 วรรคสาม มาตรา 283 วรรคสาม และมาตรา 283 ทวิ วรรคสอง หากเป็นการกระทำต่อเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบสามปี ห้ามอ้างความไม่รู้อายุของเด็กเพื่อให้พ้นจากความผิดนั้น

Section 285-1 For the offences under Section 277, 279, Section 282 paragraph three, Section 283 paragraph three, and Section 283 bis paragraph two, where committed against a child not over thirteen years of age, ignorance of the child's age may not be raised to escape liability for that offence.
