มาตรา 285 ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 276 มาตรา 277 มาตรา 277 ทวิ มาตรา 277 ตรี มาตรา 278 มาตรา 279 มาตรา 280 มาตรา 282 หรือมาตรา 283 เป็นการกระทำแก่บุพการี ผู้สืบสันดาน พี่น้องร่วมบิดามารดาหรือร่วมแต่บิดาหรือมารดา ญาติสืบสายโลหิต ศิษย์ซึ่งอยู่ในความดูแล ผู้อยู่ในความควบคุมตามหน้าที่ราชการ ผู้อยู่ในความปกครอง ในความพิทักษ์หรือในความอนุบาล หรือผู้อยู่ภายใต้อำนาจด้วยประการอื่นใด ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ หนึ่งในสาม
Section 285 If the offence under Section 276, 277, 277 bis, 277 ter, 278, 279, 280, 282, or 283 is committed against an ascendant, descendant, sibling of full or half blood, blood relative, a pupil in one's care, a person under one's control by official duty, a person under one's guardianship, custody, or curatorship, or a person otherwise under one's power, the offender shall be liable to a punishment one-third heavier than that provided in that Section.
