มาตรา 306 ผู้ใดทอดทิ้งเด็กอายุยังไม่เกินเก้าปีไว้ ณ ที่ใด เพื่อให้เด็กนั้นพ้นไปเสียจากตน โดยประการที่ทำให้เด็กนั้นปราศจากผู้ดูแล ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 306 Whoever abandons a child not over nine years of age in any place in order to be rid of the child, in a manner leaving the child without anyone to care for it, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
