มาตรา 312 ตรี ผู้ใดโดยทุจริตรับไว้ จำหน่าย เป็นธุระจัดหา ล่อไป หรือพาไปซึ่งบุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปีแต่ยังไม่เกินสิบแปดปี แม้ผู้นั้นจะยินยอมก็ตาม ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคแรกเป็นการกระทำแก่เด็กอายุยังไม่เกินสิบห้าปี ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 312-tri Whoever dishonestly receives, disposes of, procures, lures, or takes away a person over fifteen but not over eighteen years of age, even with that person's consent, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
If the offence is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
